Our Services

Monthly Inspection, Test, and Maintenance Requirements.
Activities included:
Inspect day tank fuel level. Minimum 8 h supply required.
• Inspect lubrication oil level.
• Inspect engine coolant level.
• Inspect engine, generator, fuel tank(s), and cooling systems for evidence of leakage.
• Inspect for proper operation of fuel transfer system
• Electric starter – Inspect for starter cleanliness, mounting, and terminal security.
• Batteries and charging equipment inspection:
• Inspect battery connections for tightness and evidence of corrosion.
• Inspect battery for cleanliness and dryness between terminals.
• Inspect charger electrical connections for cleanliness and tightness.
• Inspect oil level and color.
• Inspect fan belts for correct tension and wear.
• Inspect control panel covers for security. ​

Semi-Annual Maintenance.
(Material not included) Activities included:
• Test Batteries if needed change(will be billed separate)
• Open all inspection covers and inspect all electrical connections.
• Test breakers for proper operation
• Operate all moving parts to ensure that they move freely.
• Clean and dress contacts as required.
• Remove all dust/oil.
• Change engine lubrication oil and filters.
• Change fuel filters.
• Inspect and clean exhaust system.
• Inspect air filters. Replace if necessary - Clean air filters.
• Inspect all mechanical connections.
• Inspect coupling bolts and alignment.
• Inspect conduits for tightness.
• Inspect windings at rotor and stator slots if applicable.
• Open all inspection covers, and inspect all electrical connections.
